In March 2005 we had brought to Spain the very first Spartan CVR(T) tracked armoured vehicle . After two long years of jumping bureaucratic hoops which included the involvement of the king of Spain. We have now managed to finally register the vehicle in Spain as a road legal vehicle. This vehicle is uniquely the only vehicle of its type in all of Spain.
Our team includes an ex member of the British elite Household Cavalry Regiment who has many years experience with these types of vehicles. So you are assured of being in safe hands.
We are situated close to Taberno, Almeria in southern Spain some 40 kilometers east from where many of the ‘spaghetti westerns’ were made. The back drop is ideal for film and photo shoots where we have a guaranteed 300 days of sunshine per year. This is possibly why Almeria is becoming more and more popular with British and foreign tourists each year.
In 2007 our Spartan became the very first vehicle of its type in Spain to be registered for road use by a civilian . This would not have been possible without the kind help of some good friends such as Eduardo Fernandez of Castellon, Juan Rubio (Asesoria) of Huercal-Overa and Steve Parkinson of Albox.
Our vehicle since coming to Spain has been seen on every TV news channel in Spain, including radio, and newspaper/magazine publications. This is mainly because of our Spartan’s historical uniqueness.
The Spartan can be seen from time to time attending various shows or traveling up and down dried up river beds (Ramblas) in Spain .
