Release and indemnity for individual, Group and commercial bookings.

In consideration of ‘tanksinspain.com’ permitting me/us to either drive or ride as a passenger in the ‘tank’ (‘the activities’) or use equipment supplied by tanksinspain.com, their employees, agents or contractors in connection with the activities , I acknowledge and agree that:

I understand that this activity necessitates that an individual be in good health without any physical or mental ailment. Persons under 1.65 meters will not be able to operate the vehicle.

Because of the vehicle’s design it is possible that individuals could slip and hurt themselves, so care must be taken by individuals at all times.

The Spartan is designed as an armoured  military vehicle and does not have the same controls as a car and a degree of concentration and coordination is required to operate the ‘tank’ safely.

No alcohol is to be consumed prior to participation in any events with tanksinspain.com.

Except in death or personal injury caused as a result of tanksinspain.com direct negligence, I release and indemnify tanksinspain.com, their employees, agents and contractors from all liability, actions, debts, claims and demands of any kind incurred by me/us arising directly or indirectly from my/our participating in the activities or my/our use or hire of equipment supplied in connection with the activities including without limitation all liability for death or physical injury, loss or damage to property  or consequential loss or damage including without limitation economic loss and the entire liability of tanksinspain.com  this release and indemnity shall not exceed the amount paid by me for this activity.

This release and indemnity applies to all claims for loss or damage and includes any claim based in contract, tort (including negligence) and statute.

Commercial clients accept full liability of the Spartan for the full duration of  the hire period. Tanksinspain.com will not be responsible for loss of hire or promise to clients with situations that fall beyond their control. Where appropriate, tanksinspain.com will make a refund on money paid  in advance by a client less incurred costs  to secure such hire.

The hirer accepts and assumes all risks associated with this activity and the use of equipment or services supplied by tanksinspain.com, their employees, agents or contractors in connection with the activities or hire.

Any booking I (the hirer) or my group make with tanksinspain.com is based on that I/we have read and fully accept and abide without reservation the release and indemnity notice herein.

All fees are to be paid in full prior to any activity commencing.
